Holiday Sale donations
The 7th grade health classes took a trip to Feel Good Smoothie Bar and Cafe in Oneonta, to learn about the nutrients in fruits and vegetables and how easy it is to put them into a tasty and healthy smoothie! The students taste tested 3 smoothies - all enjoyed! Thank you to owner Kirstie Alers for making it happen!
After smoothie sampling, the students hiked Wilber Park, learning about the trails they have, and following the trail markers to hike! Then it was time for lunch and the playground before we headed back to SKCS. What a day!
The 4th grade health class came to PreK to help them learn about germs!
